Look What's New!

I have a question for you…how many of you would worship on Tuesday night during the months of June, July and August?  River of Life is going to offer two worship services on Sunday morning and one worship service on Tuesday night for the summer months.   

Before you answer the question above, let me give you some background information:

First, River of Life is dedicated to the vision God has given our church:  Our Community for the Greater Community.  God has called us to reach out and invite folks to our church so they can worship God and hear about how great He is and how He is the only One who can save us from the penalty of sin. Often, in the summer, folks are either out of town or busy on the weekends.  Therefore, the Tuesday night service might be a great opportunity to reach out and invite others.

Second, whoever preaches on Sunday morning will be preaching the same message on Tuesday night.  This means the message will probably be even better on Tuesday night!!! 

Third, the worship will be more intimate on Tuesday evening than it is on Sunday mornings.  On Sunday morning, Craig will be leading with the worship team, which is awesome.  But on Tuesday nights, Craig will be leading us in worship without the band and singers.  In this venue Craig will be leading us from the guitar, piano or keyboard.   

Fourth, we will provide children's programming at all three services.  On Sunday morning, we will have programming for birth through 6th grade at 8:30 and birth through 4th grade at 10:30. Tuesday nights will have programming for birth through 2 years old.

Fifth, the service times are as such for the months of June, July and August:  Sunday mornings worship services will be at 8:30am & 10:00am.  Tuesday evening’s worship service will be at 7:00pm.
