Ministries

River of Life Church exists because of the grace of God, and we want to be an encouragement to our congregation and also to our community. Since its beginning in 1993, River of Life had a strong desire to be identified as 'a church of small groups.' As you read through the various ministries described in our website, you will notice that we offer a variety of ministry opportunities and programs. There is a place for you and your family to belong and to serve at ROL.

Adult Ministries

River of Life offers a variety of adult ministries to help equip and encourage every believer in his or her faith. Whether it be in a small group setting or in a support group which offers a safe place with confidentiality, you will find a place to belong, to grow, and to enjoy authentic relationships with other men and women.

Worship Ministries

Worship is the foremost purpose and activity of the Church. River of Life is committed to worship experiences which are culturally relevant, Biblically sound, and motivated by an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.

Women's Ministries

River of Life Women's Ministry exists to equip women for:

• Godly Living: by providing opportunities for both spiritual and personal growth
• Ministry: by encouraging unity among women fulfilling service and development of leadership
• Outreach: by promoting creative ways to reach out to others in Jesus' name.

The goal of Women's Ministries at River of Life is to support women in their pursuit of God. We offer a variety of accountability, Bible Study and support groups to encourage, equip and enable women to do God's work in our world.

Men's Ministries

Men's Ministries at River of Life exist to serve the men in our community by facilitating discipleship, Bible Study and accountability through individual, small group and large group gatherings focused on men's needs in today's world.

Our vision is that each man would be challenged and encouraged to grow in his personal relationship with Christ, serve his wife and/or family as a man of God, and be empowered to use his spiritual gifts to serve both church and community.

Student Ministries

Welcome to River of Life Student Ministries. These pages exist to provide youth of River of Life, Elk River, MN and surrounding areas with information about our student ministries. The students range from 6th to 12th grade and meet at various times throughout the week.

Children & Family Ministries

Children are vitally important at River of Life! Our children's ministry mission is to provide the best possible care, comfort, guidance, and instruction in the Word of God for each child.
